Prices
All prices are net prices, exclusive of VAT and EXW EX Works Berlin, Germany.

Validity
All prices will be valid for 6 months from the day of quotation.

Delivery time
Delivery time as agreed beforehand.

Payment terms
100% after hand over, within 30 days after date of closing invoice.

Authorization and permission
All neccessary authorizations and permissions are to be obtained by the client.

Warranty
24 months for componants and installations work under normal conditions of use.
